At the moment of conception,
there is eternal life in the womb.
Mission Statement
The St. Helena/St. Titus Respect Life Ministry is dedicated to promoting the sanctity of God’s gift of human life from conception until natural death. We inform our parishioners regarding God’s Word in Scripture, our Catholic Church teachings, and cultural issues relating to the respect for life at all stages. Events and activities are scheduled throughout the year to enable our parishioners to be active pro-life disciples through prayer, practice, evangelization, and the support of local pro-life agencies.
Activities
We participate in 25 activities throughout the year. Some of the highlights are; weekly Bulletin Announcements where we share information about key issues, current events and opportunities for parishioner & student involvement, the Spiritual Adoption Program, our October Baby Shower, two 40 Days for Life Campaigns, our Winter Bake Sale & our Spring St. Gianna Baby Bottle Campaign fundraisers for worthy pro-life centers and organizations. We also lead pro-life prayer events like the Our Lady of Guadalupe Feast Day Celebration.
Membership
All who respect life are welcome. We have members who participate in varying degrees. Some are more active & able to attend or ZOOM our meetings and assist in our activities. Others, our Auxiliary Members, mostly support us in prayer and pray for those in all stages of life. Some of them also help in activities.
Meetings
They are held on the 2nd Wednesday each month, from September through May, (excluding December & January,) in the Our Lady of Fatima Room, Nicolo Hall, from 6:45 – 8PM.
